Our campaigns …

We believe that it can and should be easier for women to return to work after maternity leave.

We believe that you can and should do what you love and love what you do – whatever that may be.

We believe that having a family, looking after yourself and having a career can work. It’s not about ‘having it all’, it’s about making conscious decisions about what you want it all to be.

We believe in feminism, in equality, in making a difference now and for the future.

Supporting Pregnant then Screwed #givemesix campaign

We are proud to support Pregnant then Screwed and the #Givemesix campaign to increase the time limit to take a case of pregnancy or maternity discrimination to tribunal from 3 months to 6 months.

Mothers should not be forced to make a choice between the health of themselves, their baby and justice.

Pregnant then Screwed does incredible work supporting, campaigning and promoting the rights of mothers facing pregnancy and maternity discrimination. From a free legal helpline to a mentoring scheme their work is so very important and powerful.

  • Start a support group in your place of work – it doesn’t have to be anything formal, just get a group of expectant parents together and start thinking! (we have support on this in the pipeline)
